FrameX is operated by Beijing Frame Technology Co., Ltd. The service provides video frame extraction, asset saving, asset management, and creative assistance workflows. Available features may vary by app version and platform.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that videos, images, and other content you import, process, save, or share have a lawful source and any required permissions. You may not use FrameX to process, generate, store, or distribute unlawful, infringing, or platform-violating content.
3. Accounts and Security
If you use sign-in, subscription, or cloud features, you are responsible for keeping your account and device secure. If you notice abnormal use, account risk, or entitlement issues, contact support@framex.vip.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
If the current version offers paid features, subscriptions, ad-based unlocks, or membership benefits, pricing, entitlements, refunds, and cancellation rules are governed by the App Store, Google Play, or the in-app purchase interface where the transaction occurs.
5. Intellectual Property
The FrameX name, interface design, software, copy, and related marks are protected by law. You retain rights to content that you lawfully import or create, but you remain responsible for its authorization and use.
